Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst to work on preparing and interpreting data from our DWH and BI, with a focus on understanding customer behaviour and changes in business indicators. The role covers campaign and ROI analysis, tracking various user activity metrics, analysis of products and benefits offered to users, segmentation, and preparing business presentations with result interpretation and actionable insights that support decision-making. We are looking for a profile with strong B2C industry understanding (betting/iGaming is not required) and solid Excel skills.
- Analyse data from the DWH and BI (user lists, activity and monetisation metrics), and prepare data for deeper analyses.
- Analyse trends and indicator movements, with a clear explanation of causes and business implications.
- Analyse marketing campaigns (performance, ROI before and after) and the impact of promotions / incentives on user behaviour.
- Analyse products and benefits offered to users — what retains, engages and monetises better.
- Build user segmentations for CRM and marketing, in collaboration with Data Scientists.
- Prepare business presentations: interpret results and generate insights that support decision-making.
Requirements
- Analytics experience in an industry with a large number of individual customers (e.g. banking, insurance, telco, e-commerce, retail); betting/iGaming experience is not required.
- Strong Excel skills (pivots, data cleaning, advanced formulas).
- Strong analytical thinking: cohorts, trends, separating symptoms from causes, and clear business communication of conclusions.
- Advantage: knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Ability to prioritize between strategic analysis and ad-hoc requests.
